Cutting workshop(裁剪车间)
    The first step for glove making is leather cut.it's the most important for making leather glove.there are 8 cutting machine and 16 exprienced empolyees for cutting.they are good at cutting real leather.such as goatskin、lambskin、deerskin and pigskin.Any flams or blemishes of the leather will not allowed on the glove.

Sewing workshop(缝制车间)
    We have over 50 sartoriuses. 2 special machine for sewing two needle seam and zigzag elastic.each of the worker have at least 3 year experience in sewing glove.in their hands the leather comes into glove.to controal the quality,we have 2 linelead to check the semi-manufactured products,pair by pair.

Lroning workshop(整烫、终检、包装车间)
    In order to get perfect apparence,we have all kinds of ironing patterns in different sizes.such as inseam pattern,out seam pattern and hnd sewing pattern,otc. the glove much be ironed with the right pattern for the best sharp and feeling.there are 3 worker for ironing,1 for polishing and 2 for final examination & packing.
